Entire house is for one group. Hotel quality linen, commerically laundered, and the townhouse is professionally cleaned after each stay.

For stays of more than 7 days - We have a discounted rate of $100 a night for a 1 bedroom or $150 a night for 2 bedrooms. This does not include weekly servicing or line changes - cleaning materials and laundry facilites are availalable for you to use. Please email us if you wish to book on this basis.
